For a fixed fee, we offer video walkthroughs of any house you're interested in, providing you with a comprehensive view on day we visit. If you prefer a live viewing, we can arrange that too, accommodating your schedule with a suitable time in Japan.
Purchase and Renovation
We will manage all aspects of meetings and price negotiations with the real estate company, handling the final purchase meeting and key collection for you.
Together with our architect, we'll develop a design that suits your preferences while respecting the nuances of Japanese living.
For your convenience, we offer personal pickups at either Osaka Airport or Kyoto train station, guiding you to your property. Whether you wish to explore your home before, during, or after the renovation, we are delighted to arrange a visit that fits your schedule.
